Ingredients:
- 3 lb ripe tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- black pepper
Directions:
- Blend tomatoes and garlic in blender. Blend until smooth
- Press mixture through sieve to remove seeds.
- Stir in balsamic vinegar and season to taste with pepper
- Chill in fridge
