Ingredients:

  • 3 lb ripe tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • black pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend tomatoes and garlic in blender. Blend until smooth
  2. Press mixture through sieve to remove seeds.
  3. Stir in balsamic vinegar and season to taste with pepper
  4. Chill in fridge
  5. Enjoy!
